The apartment is in a four apartment building down town Reykjavik and is 60 square-meter. B22 is on the bottom floor with its own private entrance on the corner of the house.
The apartment has an upper floor and a lower floor.
You walk into the apartments upper floor where you will see fully equipped kitchen and dining table for up to six people. There is also one bedroom with queen size bed and a 40 inch TV, luxurious bathroom and a laundry room. Going to the laundry room you will see stairs to the lower floor.
The lower floor is the Cinema lounge. It includes two sofas and a sofa table, 65 inch television with Netflix, home theater system and fantastic lighting. The sofas can easlily be changed into beds that each fit two persons.
There is free parking in front of the house.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment. The apartment has got its own private entrance.
Interaction with guests
Do not hesitate to call if there is any kind of problem. We, the owners, have our phone with us all the time and we will help as much as we can. This is our second property we rent and we are well experienced hosts.
The neighborhood
B22 is positioned in the heart of the City. We got two fantastic restaurants positioned just several steps away. The street is lively with people walking and the neighbors are very friendly.
Getting around
There is free parking in front of the B22. You won’t need a car because you can walk any where you like in the city.
Other things to note
If you are arriving during the night, please try to check-in quietly as there are people sleeping in the building.
